Artist's Description
The images in this painting were inspired by the ancient art of a tribe called by archaeologists the Fremont People. They lived in the North American Southwest many, many hundred of years ago. The tribe disappeared long long ago (probably due to extreme drought in the area) but they left behind some awesome art and relics. The painting is 24"h x 18"w. It is acrylic on gallery wrapped stretched canvas.

As far as I'm concerned a painting speaks for itself. Paintings are messages from the heart. No explanation is necessary. If you don't understand it, you just don't get it and it's not a message to you. I have education in art (maybe too much or maybe not enough depending on who you ask) I have a BFA degree and a post graduate studies, but I think that the best education in painting is doing it and doing it with passion and enthusiasm and energy every day.
